All rights not explicitly granted in a purchased license remain the property of MJType.

SECTION 3 – FONT LICENSE AGREEMENT

All font purchases are governed by a separate Font License Agreement provided with the font.

The font license defines:

  • Usage rights
  • Permitted users
  • Commercial limitations
  • Project limitations
  • Distribution restrictions

If any conflict occurs between these Terms of Service and the Font License Agreement, the Font License Agreement will take precedence.

You must comply with the license type you purchase, including but not limited to:

  • Standard Desktop License
  • Logo License
  • Extended License
  • Webfont License
  • App/Game License
  • Broadcast License
  • Corporate Licenses

Unauthorized usage outside the scope of your license may result in additional licensing fees or legal enforcement.

SECTION 4 – FONT USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Unless explicitly permitted by the purchased license, you may NOT:

  • Redistribute font files
  • Share fonts with unauthorized users
  • Upload fonts to public servers
  • Sell or sublicense the fonts
  • Modify the fonts for redistribution
  • Convert fonts to other formats for distribution

Font files must remain secure and accessible only to licensed users.

SECTION 5 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All fonts sold by MJType are digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital goods:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the font files have been downloaded or delivered.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and information.

However, we do not guarantee that:

  • product descriptions
  • pricing
  • availability
  • product images

are completely free from errors.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 7 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse any order
  • cancel suspicious purchases
  • limit quantities purchased per customer

Orders suspected of being made by resellers, distributors, or unauthorized marketplaces may be cancelled.
